The secret's out!
I'm so excited to finally share that I'm officially offering custom art commissions.
This spring, while I was recovering from surgery and taking a break from photography, I decided to lean hard into another creative passion (I know I have many). I enrolled in an art class that truly helped solidify my skills and gave me the confidence to bring other people's visions to life in a new way. I have been digitally painting for many years now, but I only offered it to close friends, and photographers.
When Alexis asked me to paint her beautiful horse, Versace, I was absolutely delighted. The reference photo she had was of herself riding him under saddle (swipe!), but her vision was a portrait of just Versace, captured in an elegant piaffe. It was such a rewarding challenge to transform that image into the piece she imagined. Making it come to life reminded me how much I love creating meaningful, one-of-a-kind artwork.
Each finished piece is professionally printed on museum-quality, handmade, brush-stroked canvas, giving it the look and texture of an original painted canvas while ensuring a beautiful, lasting finish.
