I know I've been pretty quiet on the Studio page lately, as many of you know I started flipping houses this year and have fallen in love with the whole Real Estate Investment realm, we will have bought 5 properties this year and flipped/flipping 3 of them. This new venture has allowed me to work a more "regular" schedule that corellates better with my kids school schedule and allows me to have most evenings and weekends off. I also had broke my foot in July and am still in the healing process from that although I am finally able to walk in shoes again but kneeling and squatting still seems to be an issue.
So, between both of those things I have decided not to do any photo sessions this Fall/Winter, unfortunately at this time that also means no Santa or Christmas sessions. I am still hoping to occasionally and most often would be last minute do some mini sessions here and there but those would be in 2022 depending on what else we have going on. I will be shutting down my website and the booking site at this time as I am just getting too many messages in different places to get back and explain to everyone why I am not doing sessions. If you have emailed, text or messaged me about photos I am sorry I haven't gotten a chance to get back to you and hope you can find a great photographer for photos this year

I’ve been putting off this post for awhile now but feel it’s time to make it. This past year with Covid has been challenging for all of us, during this time I was not able to do photo sessions but luckily for us my hubby has a great job and we don’t have to rely on my income. What I learned through this is how much time I spend on shooting and editing photos, it’s not a regular schedule, it consumes most of my evenings and weekends. My girls are growing up more and more each day and I don’t want to miss that time with them doing fun stuff like camping, family cookouts etc. As many of you know we have also ventured into the Real Estate Investing world, we own 3 duplexes and now have a few houses we are working on flipping. I guess what I’m saying is that my photography days are going to be very, very limited from here on out. I will be trying to do a scheduled mini session every month or two, some will be themed others geared towards families without a theme. I will honor all sessions that are already booked and all gift certificates that are out there but I will not be taking on full sessions such as newborns, families, seniors etc. Thanks so much to all of my amazing clients, I feel so grateful that you’ve trusted me with so many of your families memories ❤️❤️
