Hi, my name is Cait O’Brien and I am the face behind the camera. I was born and raised in New Jersey went to the University of Vermont and got a BS in Environmental Science. While working as an Environmental Scientist I met my husband who then joined the Navy. The Navy has taken us from South Carolina to New York and I now call Virginia my home. I received a certificate in photography and photoshop from Auburn University. I have completed Ana Brandt’s baby and maternity workshops and I am certified by the APNPI in Newborn Safety Education. I love photographing family’s newest additions in the Hampton Roads area. When I’m not shooting and editing the images we create together, you might find me with my kids exploring the Botanical Gardens or seeing the animals at the Virginia Zoo. I also love to curl up with a good book and my dog on the couch. I look forward to getting to know you and making memories that will last you a lifetime.

I am fully vaccinated to make sure my shots stay up to date at all time, including but not limited to whooping cough vaccine and the flu shot. I will not hesitate to reschedule a session if I wake up feeling ill.
