We’re here at The Looking Glass, LLC this morning for their Holiday Open House and Santa is here with us from now until 2pm! The store is offering FREE photos with Santa while he’s here, so come on in and see us and get your photo or your kids photo taken and shop all the wonderful Christmas goodies!

It's been a couple of years since I was asked to do a fresh 48 session, but they definitely are a favorite of mine. To be invited into a mother's space when she has just brought life into this world is a special privilege. What makes this one even more special is that her mom is my friend and I get the joy of watching her grow up. Welcome to the crew Sutton-Mattie Michelle. You are so loved!

This beautiful mama and I have grown to be pretty close. She is such a blessing in my life, so when she asked me if I would snap a few pictures of her last baby bump, of course I said yes! We captured these right on time - just two weeks before baby girl made her appearance!

This sweet girl is getting ready to celebrate her second Easter! I had this new backdrop I needed to try out, so her mommy, being the sweet friend that she is, brought her and two of her cutest spring outfits over and we played with the Easter props!

It's always a good time when Haleigh books a session! She is so photogenic and a natural in front of the camera. Her personality is the highlight of the session though. The way we talk and laugh through her sessions makes me forget I am there to do a job! This time she brought along her sweet boyfriend, Bryant. He went along with all of her ideas and we got some really sweet shots!

Bringing Flashes of Sunshine into 2025 are Mr. and Mrs. Hillis! I met Abby and her family when she was graduating high school and needed some senior photos. Since then I have also photographed her brother's senior photos, her college graduation photos, done a generations style family photo shoot for her family, and now I can add captured her wedding day to the list! I can't say enough about this wedding. Austin and Abby and their family and friends pulled out all the stops and created a magical and memorable day.
It was absolutely beautiful!

This crew has grown up right before my eyes and it has been a beautiful experience to watch! When I met Brittany her two big kids were little kids and her youngest girl was just a baby. Now her baby is her little boy and he is in the same class as my baby at school! Who could have imagined our kids would end up at the same school and in the same grades and classes? I love how this little hobby of mine has given me the blessing of watching families grow.
