Starting Monday, I will begin my Family Nurse Practitioner curriculum. This is a 2+ year program which will prepare me to diagnose and treat patients across the lifespan. While I am so excited to get started, it is bittersweet to share I am officially leaving my cameras and life as a photographer behind.

For over five years photography has blessed me in SO many ways. I couldn’t even begin to express my gratitude to everyone who has entrusted me to document their life moments. I’ve had the privilege to meet some amazing couples and families whom I now consider to be great friends.

It’s always hard to say goodbye, especially to something that’s brought so much joy. My life may be changing, but my primary focus remains the same… to serve other people in a way that makes them feel a little brighter. I love you all, and thank you again. You will be missed 🤍

✨ANNOUNCEMENT BELOW✨

Sharing some photos from Weston & Nichole’s day as I prepare for my LAST first exam of nursing school. I remember posting before the first day asking for advice from fellow nurses, and here we are, just a few months from graduation. As the end is near, I think it’s time to share with you the plans I have for my next chapter.

In 2022, I’ll be starting my first RN job, getting married, and essentially building the foundation for what I want the rest of my life to look like. When I think about that, I think of how much I want to give to others… my family, my patients, and my photography clients. As much as I love documenting all aspects of photography, I know it’s best to focus on the area I’m most passionate about - and that is wedding photography. 🤍🙌🏻

I want to provide my clients with the best equipment, education, resources, and all-around experience, and specializing in weddings will allow me to do just that.

April, May and June are booked for next year, but there’s still a handful of weekends available. I’m releasing my new packages next week, and I’ll be sharing new branding this winter. I can’t tell you how thankful I am for the past 3.5 years, and for all you’ve done to make this girls’ dreams come true. I’m beyond excited for what’s to come! 🤍🤍🤍
