KGriggs Photography Kerie Griggs is a natural light photographer specializing in family, child, and newborn photography in St. Louis, MO. It made me feel like I was there.

I have always loved looking at other people’s photographs; it didn’t matter if they were family portraits or the 100 pictures taken of their trip to the Matterhorn. I would linger over each one and want to hear all about what was happening while the photo was being taken. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever imagine that I would turn that love for other people’s photographs into a passion for pho

tography, but that’s exactly what happened. Photographing important moments in my life and the lives of others is a blessing, and I am truly honored when anyone invites me to capture their special moments. Using my camera to capture a connection or record a milestone… it’s inspiring!

Senior Sunday! I can’t believe that I am actually participating in a trend. I am usually not organized enough. YAY me! Speaking of being organized, if you have a high school senior and haven’t had their senior photos taken, don’t panic - you have time. Look how good spring/summer senior photos look! I have been photographing this beautiful young lady since she was in elementary school! She is just as lovely as she looks! So proud of who she has grown into.

How do you write a caption that truly articulates what it has been like to be his mother. This is my son, Andrew. He graduated this past year, 2025, and is now a freshman in college. I guess I put off posting his senior photos as a way to live in denial that he was moving on. It has been an honor to be your Mom and a joy to be able to take your senior photos. We love you and miss you, but are so proud of you! It’s your time to soar.
