Garrett Photography is Retiring!
For nearly 7 years I have been privileged to capture so many memories for people created in Gods image in His creation. I have prayed for each client and their families before each session. I have watched marriages form, families grow and grow, documented the beginning of lives and preserved memories at the very end of lives.
All of your support allowed me to stay home 90% of the time, with my only little one. And for that I am eternally grateful! I took her along on sessions until she was toddling, did studio sessions while she napped and edited after she went to bed.
There is only one thing that could make me take a step back from this incredible job and that is God making it clear to me that for now, it is time for me to step away from photography. So that I live the blessing of each precious day fully at home loving on my little family. If it is put on my heart to return, I will do so with JOY. But for now I am entering Retirement and will not be booking any sessions or weddings going forward.
THANK YA’LL SO SO MUCH: for choosing me to document your precious memories, for letting me be part of your families, for going along with the silliness, for your love and kindness, coming to see me again and again, for your bravery and trust, referring me to those you love most, every like, comment, and share that helped grow a little photography business so a mama could work from home.
Thank y’all from the bottom of my heart for your support and trust. It was a privilege and a blessing working with each of you. And each time I think of you and your families you will be in my prayers!
Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
“For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; a time to throw away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; a time to seek, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to throw away; a time to tear, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; a time to love, and a time to hate; a time for war, and a time for peace.”
