Lately, in the photography community, there have been so many great discussions to remind our people about what and why we create art the way we do.

A quote from Ralph Hattersley was shared in one of these posts; "We are making photographs to understand what our lives mean to us.”

🙌🏻 Man does that sum it up for me.

For most of us, life is quickly passing us by. We encounter a situation and our eyes are opened to the preciousness of our lives.

My goal is to capture those moments.

• Kiddos playing in the grass
• The glances with the twinkle of love-filled eyes
• Laughter always Laughter 🙌🏻

🧩 The small immeasurable moments are the puzzle pieces to our stories.

These memories will be the only physical reminders of the most precious moments of our lives. They are the components of our time capsules to preserve the love story of our families.

I don’t know about you but this can be tough sometimes!

🤟🏻 Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about.

Whether the kids are just going crazy, work is a struggle, your health needs some attention, or sometimes it’s just a basic hard day.

💕 Whatever the reason or season of motherhood life we need to remember to Be kind. Always.

👉🏻 Kind to ourself and to others.

I can't believe it. He was just born.
--> BOOM. I blinked and now he is a pre-teen.

Soon to be a young man.
In a few years we will be launching him into the work. The only comfort I have is knowing I am a documenting every moment big and small.

Watching her swim during her session was such a joy.

Creating unique and personalized sessions is an amazing experience that I walk all my clients through. This family's session included chalk drawing for these cousins, moo bars, and ending in a big splash in the pool.
