Emotional announcement ahead:
Some of you may have noticed that I've been very quiet on social media these past few weeks. My family has had a major life change in the works, and I wasn't able to post about it on social media until now.
Many of you know that we're a military family. My husband was active duty for many years and is now serving as a reservist, very nearly at retirement. He recently received orders for us to move to Italy for 3 years. We're all very excited for this incredible opportunity; but it's absolutely killing me to leave my wonderful clients, families, and business that I've worked so hard to build.
These past 4 years have been amazing, and it's all because of my wonderful families! I have literally watched love grow, as I got to photograph returning families, babies, and children, year after year. Hands down, I have the most AMAZING clients and job, ever! I have lived coast to coast, and Erie has felt more like home than anywhere else. That's in large part due to the friends I've made here and being able to do what I love! Through the support of my wonderful husband and kids, friends, and clients, I was able to grow my dream into a reality.
I feel incredibly sad to leave; but I'm looking forward to this new adventure for my family. I want to thank each and every one of you that has supported me as I grew my business in Erie. Owning your own business is HARD; and I appreciate you all more than you'll ever know!
While I can't conduct business while we're overseas, I'll be posting lots of beautiful pictures of Italy and our travels...so I invite you all to follow along on our adventure! My hope is to return to Erie in 3 years and pick up right where I left off; so let's keep in touch!
If you're ever in Italy, I'd love to meet up!! And if you've travelled there before, send me ALL the beautiful spots to go visit! I hope to see you all again!! And I had to post photos of my little Kindergarten graduate, who is VERY excited for 1st grade in Italy!!
