Part II of Shadei’s senior session was all about her **sports and the river**, and I absolutely loved every minute of it! 🏐🥎🌿

Those bedazzled volleyball and softball pieces were SO fun and fit her perfectly! And then we headed to a few locations with flowers and then to the river for some beautiful, natural portraits. 😍

We had another beautiful evening with Hope for her second senior session, this time capturing the things that are such a big part of who she is—**sports, her love of sheep, and FFA**. 🐑🏐🌱

I love when senior sessions can showcase not only a senior’s beautiful smile, but also the passions, hard work, and activities that have shaped them along the way. Hope’s love for her animals, her involvement in FFA, and her dedication to sports all tell a special part of her story.

I was so excited to have a photo shoot with this precious little girl and to capture some of these sweet first memories of her. She has already stolen a very special place in our hearts! 🥰

Fraser Rain, we are so excited to have you in our lives and feel incredibly blessed to call you our great-granddaughter. You are already so loved!

There’s something so special about getting to photograph families year after year! ❤️

The Davis family has been faithfully supporting my photography business for years, and I’m so grateful for them. I’ve had the privilege of photographing **all of their boys’ senior photos**, as well as family pictures a few years ago—and now I get to capture them again!

They are such a fun group, and our time together was filled with laughter, good conversation, and plenty of memories. It truly means so much when families continue to trust me to document these special seasons of life. 🥰

✨ **Shadei’s Senior Session — Part One** ✨

Shadei had one special request for her senior photos… she *really* wanted to be in the lavender fields. 💜 So, we made it happen this morning! 🌿📸 Thank you to The Lavender Homestead!

The lavender was absolutely beautiful, and Shadei made it even better. I’m so excited about the photos we captured this morning and can’t wait to finish up the other half of her senior session this evening!

This photo session was filled with adventure, movement, giggles, and so much LOVE! ❤️ These kiddos were definitely on the move for much of the evening, but honestly, that’s what made their session so much fun. From exploring and playing to those sweet moments of showing just how much they care for one another, their personalities truly shined through.

Photographing children is a wonderful reminder that the best moments aren’t always the perfectly posed ones. Sometimes the magic is found in the laughter, the hugs, the chasing, and the little moments in between. 🥰

Before a photo session, I always think about the senior I'm about to photograph. But every once in a while, it becomes even more meaningful—because I realize I once had the privilege of teaching their mom and/or dad years ago.

Watching those former students grow into wonderful adults and now seeing them bring their own children to me for senior pictures is something I never take for granted. It's a full-circle moment that reminds me just how quickly time passes and how special this community truly is.

What an honor it is to spend an evening getting to know the next generation, capturing this exciting milestone, and creating memories their families will treasure for years to come.

To all the parents I've had the privilege of teaching—thank you for trusting me once again, this time behind the camera. It means more than you know. ❤️📸

Some senior sessions just seem to have it all... and Hope's was definitely one of them!

We spent a gorgeous summer day exploring the beauty of Door County, stopping at a variety of amazing locations that perfectly fit her personality. One of Hope's biggest requests was to include flowers in her senior portraits, and Mother Nature certainly delivered with beautiful blooms that made the perfect backdrop.

Beyond the incredible scenery, what made the day truly special was spending time with Hope and her mom, Nicole. There were plenty of laughs, great conversations, and memories made along the way.
Thank you, Hope and Nicole, for such a wonderful day!

It was an absolute joy capturing this exciting milestone, and I can't wait to share more from Hope's beautiful senior session. 🌸📸
