This 70-degree weather today has me feeling all types of nostalgic. Just missing those stunning fall colors. Destiny and Tyler's engagement session back in November was a dream. From the setting sun's warm glow to their radiating love for each other, it can't be beat.

As we're all cooped up inside and trying to stay warm, I can't help but miss this perfect September wedding. Kylee and Caleb are the definition of loving each other loudly. Kylee's cheers, and Caleb's tears of joy after their first kiss as husband and wife, still get me every time-pure, unfiltered love in its truest form. And it didn't stop there; the whole day, from getting ready to their grand exit, their love for each other was never in doubt. While they were apart, they couldn't help but gush over their other half, and once they were reunited, it was impossible not to feel it—love that shows up in every glance, every tear, every cheer, and every gentle touch. Loving each other loudly came as naturally as breathing, and it was clear this is exactly where they are meant to be.

Back in January, I made a 2025 bingo card. Among various other personal and professional goals, I included “enter the fine art competition at the fair.”

Well, I did enter the competition—and my photo was chosen to be displayed. That alone felt like a win. Among hundreds of other stunning entries, my photo made it to the finalists, which was already enough for me. So imagine my surprise when I learned that I also won one of the awards! I received a Merit Award in the Professional Photography category, and I couldn’t be more honored. I’m so grateful to have my work recognized—let alone recognized as worthy of winning an award!
