The beach at sunset is one of my favorite places to be. Watching these surfers in the distance, I sensed their anticipation and excitement as they watched and waited to catch the next perfect wave. At the same time, the water brought a sense of calmness and serenity that I can still feel as the last layers of sunset painted the scene. It felt magical.

I made a fast u turn on my way home the other day to get this shot and it was so worth the effort!

It might be time to get a bumper sticker that says “frequent stops” because this is a habit of mine. But with the sky looking as gorgeous as it was, I knew I would regret not pulling over to get this shot. My kids were slightly annoyed at my antics, but one day they will appreciate why I don’t let these picturesque moments escape me.

✨ NEW PRINT ✨of the cutest VW I found with the prettiest patina that I’ve ever seen. Doesn’t it make you want to take a road trip? My 5 year-old son jumped in the driver seat and said he wanted to drive to beach. I couldn’t argue with that!

“Venture Out” fine art print taken in Boulder, Colorado.

I went out on a trail I knew nothing about with a friend and wanted to remember the rewarding views my eyes were seeing. This shot was taken looking back at what had just taken my breath away, literally. The open air, scattering clouds, the mountains, colors of greens and blues, browns, just captivated me.
