Hi, my name is Takisha (I know that’s not what
you were expecting... story of my life... lol). I
am professional portrait photographer living in
beautiful Gilbert, Arizona. I’m a wife to a great
husband and a mother to two loving children. I am also a romantic at heart. I started my
career in 2008 in Maryland and I feel so lucky
that I get to do what I love. I am always learnin
g new skills and techniques
whether by trial (no errors with art), webinars, workshops, or books... I am always learning! I pride myself on my attention to detail and the ability to work with people of all ages. I intend to deliver images that you will fall in love with! I believe every picture I take should be frame-worthy. I am in love with natural light and color. It’s fine to keep things simple and timeless but, I love stepping outside of the box. I focus on my clients and their emotions. I do a mix of in the moment and posed photography. On a Personal note:
I am your typical girl next door but, my look often changes... mostly my hair. I love FASHION and I have run out of room in the closets and dressers because of it! Some of my favorite brands are Free People and Anthropologie, and I love finding one of a kind vintage pieces. I have always been an “artsy” person and I feel the need to be creative. I love the outdoors, dancing, singing, animals, and food. Yes, I’m a foodie! Most of all I love spending time with my family.
