I had an amazing time at here in Phoenix.
Over 3 days, I photographed nearly 500 headshot sessions, and galleries were delivered just days after the conference wrapped.
It was amazing to be around so many people who care so deeply about keeping our planet and businesses sustainable. Even and were there.
At the end of 2025, I got laid off from a role I cared about a lot, and I wasn’t sure I even wanted to keep going with photography.
But I picked myself up. (Rescue pups and a little therapy helped tremendously.)
This year, I built an entire system from the ground up: booking, delivery, email funnels, and client management. A workflow built for high-volume conferences, the way I like to run them.
GreenBiz was my third conference using my new system. After shooting about 15 conferences last year, seeing something I built out work exactly how I imagined has been one of the most rewarding moments of my career.
I never thought I’d be the guy building a tech stack that uses automations and integrations with tools like Make, N8N, , , , , and the API… but here we are.
If anyone is rebuilding after a hard season, or questioning if you can do it on your own: it can be done! You can build something solid. You can do it your way. And you can come back cleaner and more in control than before.
Huge thank you to and everyone who stopped by my booth at GreenBiz 26.
And if you’re organizing a conference and want a headshot booth your attendees will line up for, send me a message. I’d love to chat.
