When it comes to listing photos, bathrooms should feel clean, bright, and spa-like. The challenge? Most sellers don't realize how many everyday items can distract from the space. That's why bathroom prep is an important section on our Seller's Checklist.

Before photos, make sure your sellers:
✔️ Remove clutter from countertops
✔️ Put away visible soaps, sprays, and personal products
✔️ Remove bath mats
✔️ Hide used towels and laundry

And don't forget to:
✔️ Clean mirrors until they're streak-free
✔️ Wipe down countertops
✔️ Clean out showers and bathtubs

Here are 3 important questions every agent should ask their sellers before listing photos👇

🗑️ When is trash day?�Nothing ruins curb appeal faster than trash cans sitting front and center in listing photos.

🌿 What day do the landscapers come?�Fresh landscaping makes a home look its best — but you also want to avoid landscapers, equipment, or trucks being in the way during photo time.

🧼 Are you getting your carpets cleaned?�Freshly cleaned carpets are great… unless they’re still wet the day of photos. Scheduling ahead helps avoid dark spots, footprints, and uneven texture showing up on camera.
