Sunday morning in the hotness we went to the park to celebrate this little miss turning one!!
Last year I was shooting her birth and this year her next big milestone.

Last week I visited this young family's home. She booked me after her second baby was born but wanted to wait to take the photos after the new baby haze had cleared a bit. This can be so helpful when we are also juggling a toddler. We had such a fun time playing and hanging out during their session. I can't wait to share allllllll the great shots that I got. So mommas take this as your cue that newborn photos can be weeks or even a few months after the birth. They are still fresh and new. I just adore these casual at home family sessions.

Sweet Anna came to see me today to do her sitter session. This age is one of my favorites to photograph. All the expressions I get are just the best. Such a precious girlie! And did you see her eyes??
Fun fact about Anna-I helped deliver her at her home when labor went a lot faster than her mommy anticipated so the trek to the hospital didn't happen in time. Opps! But it was her perfect birth day.
