I'm not going to profess to know exactly what was happening in this photograph I took at the Milton Milers event this past Thursday evening in Milton Union...... but what I feel, is that there is some very good sportsmanship coming from the Brookville H.S. XC team. You see Valley View has only one young lady on the their H.S. team and I believe that the Brookville team of young ladies allowed the Valley View runner to join them in their pre-race prayer and or pre-race chant! Was awesome to see! Great Job young ladies !!

Last Saturday morning, I ventured down to the Princeton Invite to capture my first XC meet, AKA Cross Country Meet. Valley View was well represented by I believe11 runners at the High School Level including my Grandson Trotter. I was amazed at the amount of runners and spectators at the meet. I got there, scoped out the course, made a plan on how to capture as many Spartans as I could, and when the race started I went into action. I wasn't able to capture every boys runner that participated that day, and I FAILED big time, making my way to the finish line in time to capture our 2 highest finishing runners URRGH !! Congrats to all the Spartan runners and I hope you all enjoy these images. Please feel free to Like, Comment, & Share. Valley View High School Track and Field
