The problem with the southern part of the Blue Ridge Parkway near Waynesville is that there are very few sunrise overlooks. Sunset overlooks are plentiful, but I think I found myself a new to me overlook for some season sunrises!

I believe off of the flash patterns that these are primarily Photinus brimleyi. Let me know if you know different. They had a single flash pattern.
