I met one of the sweetest couples in charlotte this weekend! They were kind enough to pose for me in the park while I waited for a surprise engagement I needed to photograph. I’m seeing posts everywhere about AI technology taking over photography with its photo producing capabilities.

My thoughts?..

1. AI can’t replace or duplicate the emotion captured in a candid photo.
2. AI can’t capture the moment as it’s experienced and save that memory for you.
3. AI can’t replace photographers.

But you know what it can do? Aid in the enhancement of our photos and help correct human errors. So as a photographer, why not embrace this new and improving technology?

I used AI photo enhancement to regenerate lost pixels in this photo and restore detail. I’m truly surprised at the results. I will definitely continue playing around with this in the future! 😇🫶🏻

Movies in the Park is back again TONIGHT (6/3) at 8:30 p.m. in the upper field of Stowe Park! This time with a fun blast from the past, taking you Back To The Future. We also are having our first DRIVE-IN movie!!

💵 This is FREE to attend!
🚗 Vehicles may enter at 6 pm using the access road off of Myrtle Street. The access road will be denoted by signage and there will also be volunteers directing traffic.
💺 There will also be reserved seating in front of the screen for those who wish to bring their own blankets and chairs.
⏰ Last vehicle entry will be at 8 pm. Anyone arriving after 8 pm must park and walk into the movie. No vehicles may exit prior to the movie ending.
🍿 There will be concessions, arcade games, and co****le onsite.
👂 Informational postcards will be provided upon arrival with more information on how to tune into the sound system and turn off vehicle lights.
📍 Upper Field Stowe Park in Belmont, NC
🎥 Aurora Star Lit Cinema will be featuring a jumbo outdoor screen.

Update: Tis the season to start booking for all of your photography needs. I’ve been super busy and haven’t had much time to post lately but I’ll be uploading more pictures from my sessions soon!
