𝙄𝙣 𝙥𝙝𝙤𝙩𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙝𝙮 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙙𝙤𝙣'𝙩 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙨𝙚𝙚, 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙡𝙨𝙤 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡. 𝘼 𝙥𝙝𝙤𝙩𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙝 𝙙𝙚𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙨 𝙤𝙣 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙖 𝙛𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙖 𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙: 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙢𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙖𝙥𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙩. Dorothy Bohm.

Remember the late Dorothy Bohm, who was born on this day, June the 22nd, in 1924.

At the age of 14 Bohm was sent to England by her father to escape the N**i occupation of Lithuania.

As she left her father handed her his beloved Leica thus starting Dorothy's lifelong love of photography.

She became an influential and respected part of the British photography scene and left us a significant legacy - a portfolio spanning over 80 years.
