Kayleigh came to her headshot session with a clear vision, and it made all the difference in her final product! As a dancer, she knew exactly what she needed: a series of tightly cropped headshots ranging from a serious expression to a subtle smile. With a Pinterest board and a strong sense of direction, we were able to create images that matched her goals beautifully. There's something incredibly rewarding about helping a client bring their vision to life and seeing them leave with exactly what they came for.

There’s something really special about photographing a senior you’ve known since they were little.

I met Ronan when he was just a baby through our mommy group years ago — and he was actually one of the first kids I ever photographed while I was learning my camera. Getting to create his senior portraits all these years later feels a little surreal in the most beautiful of ways.

Ronan is a musician with a love for film scoring, so we built this session around both sides of who he is: the focused, artistic side and the grounded outdoorsy side. From dramatic studio portraits with his instruments to quiet moments out in nature, the goal was to create images that actually felt like him.

That’s what I love most about custom senior photography — it’s never one-size-fits-all. Every senior has their own personality, interests, and energy, and the session should reflect that.

Congratulations, Ronan. I can’t wait to see where music takes you next.

Meet Ella - Musical Theater star in the making! It was time for updated head shots for some upcoming auditions and at this age, kids change so much, so quickly, that it is really important to have an accurate representation of who they are. Having known Ella since she was born (!!) I can tell you that she is as sweet and stunning in real life as she is in her pictures. And just wait until you see her dance pictures .

Im a great photographer, but a TERRIBLE social media poster. I am going to try to go through some of the backlog so you can see some of the incredible people I’ve been shooting lately! We are going to start with Elizabeth, a yoga and somatic awareness teacher in Kingston. She needed a cohesive look for her new website and wanted images that were a little more dramatic than the typical presentation in this field. We really knocked it out of the park and she was thrilled to have a catalogue of pictures that worked in synergy with one another and made a powerful statement about who she is. When Stephanie said she was getting married at city hall, she was slightly worried that the venue wouldn’t be conducive to getting beautiful images. After doing a little recon work, I told her confidently that it would not be a problem. Sure we had to move podiums, trash cans, and barricades, but I knew with the right lighting and composition- we would strike gold. 😍
