The secret to getting your listing photos to stand out

Let me tell you how I commit to getting the perfect picture for your listing photos. You want to convince buyers that your listing is THEIR next home with your stunning photography, while also winning over future sellers with your dedicated marketing portfolio. Here’s what I do to make sure that happens:

● Open the blinds. Some photographers take the approach of shooting the room as is. I take the time to make it look its best by ensuring there is as much light as possible.
● Pull the bed covers down to hide the frame. It’s in the details!
● Stop the fan from moving so you can have a crisp & clear shot.
● Take the time to remove unnecessary items from surfaces such as countertops, nightstands, etc. It’ll make a huge difference in your photos!

That’s what I do for my clients for the picture perfect shot and more! When agents call me because they’re stressed the clouds are going to ruin their shot, I am excited to show them my sky replacement skills. Clouds be gone!
