So it has been a while since I wrote up write-up or two. I want to try out this new site online whenever it comes to sharing your writing. For my first post, I wanted to reflect on how I got my first DSLR and where it led me today - Hope you all like the piece!

What you originally set out to do won’t be the first or exact thing you will be focusing on throughout your life. It will be something you…

Hey there y'all, just dropping a line letting you all know I am still alive and well. I don't have much of an excuse besides I've been balancing my time juggling with personal life, work, and projects throughout these past two years. I bet some of y'all are interested or curious about what I've been doing. Here's a little summary of what has been happening.

Well for one I am still doing photography, not only on the weekends nowadays but as an in-house photographer and editor at my current job. Nope, it's not only graphic designing nowadays at the office. Also, this might be early, but, it has been something in the making in for a while now too, I am currently working on my job's new website as well.

So from a photography standpoint what am I capturing or editing at work?

Typically, I have to collect and curate content for my job's social media platforms. Mostly from production footage of signs being assembled to being out in the field finding completed and installed architectural signage in the city. Sometimes I'm in the office editing up photos or videos.

Now, what's up with my Instagram page and other photography projects? Well for 2020 I want to get serious with my online print shop and improve my overall branding as a creative maverick with a background in graphic design, photography, and videography.

If some of you all are curious about my online shop link is below - https://juliealegado.darkroom.tech/

Before signing off, I'm currently thinking of picking up small side gigs here and there. If you're currently looking for a photographer or editor at the moment. Don't hesitate and hit me up. Let's collab!

Be always stoked!
