It's been 5 and a half years since my last post. I should catch you up haha...i went from knowing everything, to nothing, to shambles, to rebuilding, to finding and building a passion for photos and video. This is my story from 2015-2021.

While on the tour, I made it a point to immerse myself in as much nature as possible. Perhaps that's why my mental health game is so strong ;) (just go with it.)

A walk in the park may soothe the mind and, in the process, change the workings of our brains in ways that improve our mental health.

Everyone sees the end result. Most don't see all of the behind the scenes stuff that goes into making greatness. For good measure, I also talk about a show that I caught last night on Netflix called Human Planet...seriously, how do people live in the desert and in the arctic for so long??
