Four Generations of Love 💕💕💕

I first met Jamie and Nathan a few years ago when they invited me to capture their wedding day. Two photoshoots later, they feel more like great friends than clients.
Recently, I had the privilege of photographing a truly special milestone. Out of respect for the family's wishes, you won't see the little ones face, but her joyful spirit shines through in every image. She is clearly loved beyond measure by the family surrounding her.
This precious little one represents four generations of women for Jamie, making these moments even more meaningful. Watching the love, laughter, and connection shared between them was such a gift to witness and preserve.

As a Knox College graduate, football player, and fraternity brother of Beta Theta Pi, he is stepping into a life built on commitment, discipline, and service💪💪💪

Phillip is now serving in the United States Air Force, continuing that same sense of focus and responsibility into his next chapter. His father also served in the military, adding a meaningful layer of legacy to his own path of service. What struck me most was hearing Phillip talk about his future and how thoughtfully he approaches what comes next, with plans to continue his education through graduate studies in either law school or a PhD program.

Even in a short time together, he left a lasting impression; grounded, goal-oriented, and intentional about the path ahead.
The world could use more people like Phillip, and it’s exciting to see the kind of impact he is already prepared to make.

Celebrating 39 years of marriage and 40 years together🎉🎉🎉

Their story began as high school sweethearts before life took them on separate paths. Yet somehow, even while apart, their lives remained intertwined through family, children, and a deep connection that never truly faded. Eventually, they found their way back to each other, right where they belonged❣️❣️❣️

Now enjoying retirement, they move through life with so much joy, laughter, and happiness. Spending time with them, you can't help but see the strength of their partnership, the love they share, and the comfort they find in one another💝💝💝

I had such a wonderful time capturing these moments for them and have been fortunate enough to know them, and feel nearly like family, for many years🥰🥰🥰

I absolutely love spending time with my nephew Chase and his beautiful little family. Every time we get together for a photoshoot, it feels magical ,,,just so much love, laughter, and genuine joy✨✨✨
Chase and Netanya are incredible parents, and you can see in every moment how playful, patient, and deeply connected they are with their children❣❣❣

Meet Carly✨✨✨
2026 Knox College Grad🎓🎓🎓

Some people leave a mark on a campus, and it was clear walking with Carly through Knox College that she is one of them. Everywhere we went, students stopped to say hello, and so many knew and adored her sweet daughter, Geneva. You could truly see how loved and respected Carly is by the community she’s spent these years growing with💝💝💝

As a student, athlete, mother, and mentor, Carly has balanced more than most could imagine. While earning her degree in education and preparing for her next chapter as a high school teacher, she also competed as a dedicated student-athlete, making her mark on the volleyball court with her leadership, consistency, and determination. During the 2024 season, she was one of only three players to start all 25 matches, led her team in total blocks, and ranked among the top blockers in the Midwest Conference. She also continued giving back to the sport by coaching club volleyball at Knox🏐🏐🏐

Beyond volleyball, Carly also shined on the basketball court, helping lead her team with standout performances, including a double-double on Senior Day with season highs in both points and rebounds. Her hard work, resilience, and heart clearly reached far beyond athletics and academics🏀🏀🏀

Carly, it’s easy to see the impact you’ve had on the people around you. Whether as a teammate, coach, classmate, mother, or future educator, you carry yourself with kindness and strength that people remember. Wishing you nothing but the very best in this next journey — your future students will be lucky to have you💖💖💖

✨ A Beautiful Late‑October Celebration ✨

I had the joy of photographing Brooklyn and Andrew’s wedding at the end of October — a couple I hadn’t met before but instantly adored. I was originally hired just for the ceremony, but they were having so much fun, and the energy was so infectious, that I stayed to capture their reception as a gift. I loved every minute with these two and their beautiful family and friends❣❣❣

The day was chilly and outdoors, with clouds that looked like they wanted to spill rain at any moment — but the weather held off, mother nature knew this moment mattered. I think the adrenaline kicked in for the bride and her party, because every single one of them smiled through the cold and looked absolutely beautiful.

The reception was filled with laughter, dancing, and so much love.
It was an honor to be there, witnessing the start of their forever.
