A Halloween wedding with lots of beautiful details…sweet and joyful and intimate. Jerika and Kenny had the most supportive and loving circle of friends and family who celebrated and shared their love. The in-between moments of your day are my absolute favorite! The belly laughs, the little glances, and the moments when you’re so caught up in each other that you forget, I’m even there with a camera.

Alyx and David strolled together under the trees at golden hour, laughed over their cake and shared that first sweet kiss as newlyweds. These are the kinds of memories I love getting to capture!

my goal as you’re waiting photographer isn’t just to give you beautiful pictures. I want you to look back at your wedding gallery years from now and remember exactly how you felt in those moments. The happy tears, the nerves, the excitement and all the little things you might’ve missed while the day was flying by. Those are the memories worth holding onto.

My advice for couples looking for a wedding photographer: find someone whose work makes you feel something, but also someone you feel comfortable being yourself around. You should feel comfortable enough to laugh be emotional and enjoy your day without feeling like you have to perform for the camera!

The Venue at Stockton Lake is such a beautiful setting for a wedding day, and these moments are exactly why I love being a wedding photographer! Golden hour with Tawni and Andrew was magical! ✨💫✨

Engagement sessions should feel natural and comfortable, stealing sweet kisses, laughing together in a field of wildflowers or leaning against the back of your truck….

Engagement session tip: don’t worry about knowing how to pose! Focus on your person, hold hands, whisper, something that makes them laugh, and enjoy being together! Some of the sweetest photos happen in those in-between moments when you forget, the camera is even there.

Teasers from Ava’s senior portrait session at Finley Farms! I love it when I get the chance to shoot siblings and had already done Ava’s brother Hayden’s images a couple of years ago. Ava plays multiple instruments just like Hayden and is currently applying to colleges for next fall.

To say this shoot was amazing is an understatement. Not only because of how pretty everything looks or how gorgeous the couple is or the venue…it’s because all the people who were involved. Getting to meet the vendors that I hadn’t yet met, spend time with them and get to know them a little bit and see how much they love doing what they do and how wonderful everyone worked together. I loved every moment and I’m so incredibly thankful for opportunities like this. 🥹🥰🫶
