Hello, I’m Andrea Hill, and I’m excited to announce the launch of my new venture, Sable Echelon Innovations, LLC, established in May 2025. As one of the 300,000 Black women federal contractors, I have seen firsthand the barriers that many underrepresented groups face in the workplace. Specifically, I’ve noticed the challenges that Black women over a certain age encounter, often being pushed out of corporate opportunities amid the rise of anti-DEI movements.

Additionally, individuals with disabilities frequently lose access to valuable opportunities, further underscoring the urgent need for a more inclusive approach within our professional sectors. This reality inspired me to create a business dedicated to uplifting those who are often overlooked.

At Sable Echelon Innovations, our mission goes beyond just business; it is a commitment to fostering inclusivity and support for marginalized voices. We are passionate about providing a welcoming environment for DEI professionals to join us in this vital shift toward meaningful change.
