Found some new woods to stomp through today. Totally worth checking out again since I was running out of day light but I enjoyed gloaming with the doggo. Will need to set up a hammock and bring a book next time. @ Newnan Lake Conservation Area

Gary Blythe, owner and museum curator, gave us a personal tour filled with stories of digging for arrowheads and artifacts, his expansive weapons collection, war and imprisonment, local history lessons, and jokes that flowed like those among close friends. It was a great treat to visit this unique museum. A must visit if you're ever in the area.
