maddie | class of 2027

there are some sessions where I walk away thinking, “that was REALLY special.” and maddie’s was one of them. 🤍

first of all… can we talk about how STUNNING she is?! 😍 but what completely blew me away was how naturally she moved in front of the camera.

people don’t always realize how HARD it can be to have a camera pointed at you. knowing what to do with your hands, how to stand, where to look, how to move… it can feel so awkward! 😂

we had the most amazing, sun-soaked evening at one of my absolute favorite locations. ☀️

maddie dreams of attending college and finding a path where she can help people and make a difference... i have no doubt she is going to do exactly that. 💕

✨ AALIYAH | CLASS OF 2027 ✨

some people are beautiful on the outside, but what makes them truly unforgettable is the beautiful soul they carry within - and Aaliyah is definitely one of those people. 🤍 she is such an amazing, kind-hearted young lady, and I am so excited to watch where life takes her!

she has big dreams of playing softball at the next level, and let me just tell you…this girl is a BALLER! 🥎🔥 i have no doubt that her talent, determination, and incredible spirit are going to take her far.

we managed to get almost HALF of her senior session in before the rain decided to crash the party 🌧️😂 but honestly, we still had so much fun!

stay tuned for ROUND 2 because we are definitely not done yet! 🙌✨

you’re definitely going to want to SWIPE through these photos because miss penny’s session was full of personality, special meaning, and some seriously adorable props! 🥹💕

penelope came to see me last week and Grandma brought allll the props - which meant we were ready to have some fun! 😂

I am obsessed with the vintage Seven Dwarfs from 1932! 🍎 she looks just like Snow White, peacefully sleeping amongst her dwarfs. 🥹✨ Dad has been drag racing his entire life so we had to do something special to honor his love for the track! 🏁🏎️ we also did some shots using props from the baby shower! so sweet! ❤️

she started out wide awake and ready to supervise the whole session 😂. once she fell fast asleep we got to ROCK & ROLL!

ohhh, this sweet girl 🩷 she came to see me last week and slept like an absolute CHAMP! 😴✨ mama requested all the soft, beautiful pastels and I think we delivered on all the dreamy sweetness!

it was SO good to see this family again! big sister has grown up so much since the last time she was in my studio being posed and placed in little buckets 😂🥹 time truly goes way too fast!

.... you HAVE to make sure you click through ALL the photos because the family dog makes an appearance… and let me just say, he may be the best listener in the entire family! 😂🐾🩷

this little guy may have been the happiest, smiliest baby I’ve ever photographed! 🤍🥹

his parents brought him into the studio last week and he was nothing but smiles and sweetness. i also loved that they wanted to incorporate some Washington sports pride into his session. 🏈⚾️

such a beautiful little guy and such a sweet little personality already!

meet, mackenna! what a beauty! 🤍 this girl is just as pretty on the inside as she is on the outside.

a talented cheerleader with big dreams of continuing to cheer in college. mackenna is the perfect mix of beauty, confidence, sweetness, and determination. i have no doubt she’s going to do some pretty amazing things!

this handsome little guy came into the studio to celebrate his FIRST birthday and he was an absolute GEM! 💙 he was sweet, happy, and completely ready to dig into that cake.. and let me tell you… he LOVED it! 😍🎂

ONE year of Liam 🥹 and somehow... that year flew by in the blink of an eye! such a happy happy kiddo!

this little guy came in ready to celebrate and absolutely understood the assignment. 😂🎂 he LOVED his cake and yes… we got THE shot. the full-on, hands-in, face-first bite that every cake smash photographer hopes for! 🙌🏼

can we talk about this “Wild One” setup?! 🦁🌿 mama’s vision was SO good. i've done this theme a handful of times, but I think this one might be one of my favorites!

one of the most unexpectedly FUN evenings I had all summer 🤎🌿

ella and I met up at the creek and she showed up with her pet toad in tow. I can't lol 🐸 we spent the evening hunting for frogs, crawdads, clams, and every other little creature we could find.

and let me tell you… this girl had ZERO fear. 😂 she was completely in her element, turning over rocks, chasing little creatures, getting her hands dirty, and having the absolute best time in the water.

we laughed, explored, got a little muddy, and probably had WAY more fun than either of us expected. the best photos don’t always happen in a perfectly styled setting. sometimes they happen in a creek with rain boots on, covered in dirt with a toad in your hand. 🐸✨

and honestly… i’m ready to do it again!

i’ll be offering creek sessions through september for any little explorers who would love a morning of hunting for frogs, crawdads, clams, and all the tiny treasures the creek has to offer.
