Look at this sweet little miracle! 😍

Morgan recently shared her baby’s newborn photo with us, and we couldn’t wait to compare it to the 8K image from her Southern Mommies ultrasound experience. The resemblance is absolutely amazing! 🥹

While no technology can predict every detail, it’s incredible to see how closely these images captured those precious little cheeks, button nose, and sweet sleepy expression before baby ever made their grand entrance. 💕

☀️💦 Summer Pregnancy Tip: Hydration Matters More Than Ever! 💦☀️

Did you know that during pregnancy, your body needs even MORE water than usual? As temperatures rise, staying hydrated becomes extra important for both momma and baby. 👶💗

Signs you may need more fluids:
💧 Headaches
💧 Dizziness
💧 Fatigue
💧 Dark yellow urine
💧 Braxton Hicks contractions

Try these simple hydration tips:
🥤 Carry a water bottle everywhere you go
🍉 Snack on water-rich fruits like watermelon and strawberries
🧊 Add lemon, cucumber, or berries to your water for flavor
☀️ Avoid spending long periods in the heat

A good goal for most pregnant women is around 8-12 cups of fluids daily, but your provider may recommend more based on your needs.

And remember, if you’re feeling thirsty, you’re already starting to get dehydrated!
