The Farm Girl

Posting another exerpt from my 1st book. It's called "The Farm Girl" and it's about softball.

"The Bomb"

NACC Softball at the NJCAA World Series Championship 5.31.26.

Northeast’s Emmorie Burke left the yard and lit the stadium on fire in today’s World Series Championship game in Oxford.

She hit a towering homerun over the right-centerfield fence in the bottom of the 3rd, which put her team ahead 6-3. They would never look back. Great piece of hitting!

"The Comeback"

NACC Softball at the NJCAA World Series Championship 5.31.26.

The Northeast Alabama Mustangs were down 3 in the World Series Championship game this afternoon.

And then came the bottom of the third. They mounted a rally, tuned up the fans, and fought their way back to tie the game.
