There are so many "firsts" in a child's life, that at the time they are happening you cannot imagine not remembering them that way. In the blink of an eye, the precious days of baby snuggles, bottles and pacifiers become walking, talking,(messy but so sweet!) self feeding toddlers, then before you know it, the first day of school has come, and you are watching them bloom into such amazing little
people! School aged children become teenagers, and with that comes many "lasts"- followed again by so many firsts! Its a precious cycle that as a parent is a roller coaster ride of emotions, and while there are some days we don't want to remember- the ones we do want to cherish far outnumber those! I look back at photos of my babies and as strange as it is- I cannot believe they were ever that small, yet it seems like just yesterday I was behind the camera capturing giggles, hugs, kisses, and even tears. If not for the times I grabbed my camera and snapped those precious moments, they would surely be gone from my memory! Please allow me to preserve those many "firsts" in the life of your family.
