Didn’t really know what to post today.

I’m running a photography business and a coaching business at the same time, and some days the content ideas just... don’t come.

But here’s what I know — the days I feel like I have nothing to say are usually the days I need to show up the most.

Because if you’re a photographer running your own business, you probably know this feeling too. The days where you’re doing the sessions, editing the galleries, chasing the enquiries, trying to market yourself — and by the time you sit down to post something you’ve got nothing left.

That’s not a you problem. That’s a systems problem.

When your bookings run on a system — past clients coming back, enquiries following up automatically, galleries working as a sales tool — you don’t have to be “on” every single day to keep the income coming in.

This week I sent one email to past clients, leveraged some old galleries, and it turned into bookings I wasn’t expecting. Not because I was feeling inspired. Because the system was already in place.

That’s what I teach. And it’s what I try to live.

Even on the days I’ve got nothing.

DM me FOLLOWUP if you want the free follow-up flow — it’s where the system starts.

Here’s exactly what happens when you join Booked and Rebooked — week by week.

Days 1–14: You get clear on your pricing, your sessions, and what you’re actually offering. You build your rebooking list and send your first email to a past client. Most members feel a wave of relief in the first two weeks — not because everything is fixed, but because they finally have a clear system to follow.

Day 30: Most members have already had at least one returning client book. Their email platform is set up, their marketing calendar is mapped, and they’re starting to show up consistently for the first time.

Days 60–90: Systems are running. Rebooking campaigns are going out. The calendar is filling faster. And many members report their busiest season yet — without feeling overwhelmed or stuck.

This isn’t a course you buy and never open. It’s a system you actually build — with support every step of the way.

DM me BOOKED and I’ll send you all the details.

Getting enquiries but not converting them?

It’s probably not your prices.

Most photographers send a price list and wait. And then the client goes quiet and they assume they weren’t the right fit.

But here’s the truth — a lot of those enquiries were interested. They just didn’t hear back in a way that made them feel confident enough to book.

Your enquiry reply needs to do three things:

1. Acknowledge them warmly — make them feel seen, not processed
2. Tell them exactly what happens next — uncertainty is where bookings go to die
3. Follow up — because your email got buried and that doesn’t mean they’re not interested
4. Your enquiry reply is often the first real impression of what it’s like to work with you.

Make it count.

DM me FOLLOWUP and I’ll send over the free follow-up flow — it covers exactly what to say and when, start to finish.

For a long time I thought unpredictable bookings were just part of being a photographer.

Good months, quiet months. Feast or famine. Just the way it goes.

But the photographers I work with now aren’t crossing their fingers and hoping.

They know exactly where their next booking is coming from — because they built a system that makes it happen.

Rebooking past clients who already love their work.
An enquiry process that converts without chasing.
Marketing that stays visible even when life gets busy.

That’s what Booked and Rebooked is built to do.

It’s a 90-day system for portrait photographers who are ready to stop relying on luck and start running a business that fills itself — again and again.

In the first 14 days alone, you’ll have clear pricing, a rebooking list, and your first email sent to a past client.

By 30 days, most members have already had a returning client book.

By 90 days? Busiest season yet — without the overwhelm.

If that’s what you’re ready for — DM me BOOKED and I’ll send you all the details.

Your bookings feel random because your marketing is random.
Not in a bad way. Just in a “I only reach out when I need clients” kind of way.

Most photographers focus almost entirely on finding new people. And new people are great — but they take time. They need to find you, trust you, decide you’re the one.
Your past clients have already done all of that.

They loved their session. They trust you. They just haven’t heard from you since you sent their gallery.
That’s the gap. And it’s the easiest one to close.

Staying warm with past clients — in a simple, non-pushy way — is how a full calendar stops feeling like luck.

A client asks for a discount.

Most photographers say yes to keep the booking.

But here’s what that actually does: it tells the client your prices were flexible all along. And the next time they enquire — or refer a friend — they’ll remember that.
You don’t need to drop your price. You need one clear, warm sentence that holds it.

‘My pricing reflects the full experience I offer — I’d love to help you find the package that fits best.’

Save this post. You’ll need it.

Most photographers think price-shoppers find them because their prices are too high.
But that’s usually not it.
It’s the three things that happen before someone even asks your price — how you show up, how you reply, and what you do (or don’t do) after.
Watch to the end. 👆
DM me FOLLOWUP and I’ll send over the free follow-up flow that helps with all three.
