This newborn shoot was extra special.

Mid way through we realized we’re all South African… and just like that, it felt like home in the middle of the session. Same roots, same laughs, same connection you can’t plan.

So extremely proud of my girl!!! Her artwork was chosen for auction for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. This is a huge honor, and she is the second artist to go to auction in Fulshear’s history.
This photo was taken before the work was done.

Each year, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo’s School Art Program receives thousands of entries from students across approximately 130 school districts. From these submissions, preliminary judging narrows the field to around 700 pieces. Subsequently, approximately 72 artworks are selected for the School Art Auction.
