These moments with these mountains?
Colorado never disappoints.

Had the pleasure of photographing a wedding in Frisco for the first time last summer, and wow it's such a beautiful spot! The drive itself is just stunning.

I feel so fortunate to have grown up in this beautiful state! (I know a BUNCH of fabulous spots we can go to for a session ;)

A few wedding party photos from my last wedding of the year!

Story about the groomsmen pose: the first time I saw this pose was at my uncle's wedding when I was like 9. My dad printed a photo where the photographer took it at a diagonal angle instead of straight on and I LOVED it. I seriously try to do this pose at every wedding.

Entering slow season here for photography, but my dance rehearsals are starting to pick up. I actually have a show next weekend 👀

But fret not! Lots of fun studio shoots to come :)

I'm finally feeling a little better today (when I do too much without rest, my body makes me sick...so...TAKE BREAKS)

I've got lots of amazing photos to edit from this weekend from both a wedding and a little bit from the Folklore themed photoshoot I PA'd for.

BUT I only had the energy to back them up today. So I'm sharing a couple favorites from when I did a shoot down at the PaintMines.

It's a long drive, but someone take me back there. It's gorgeous.

Wedding season comes to a close for me this Saturday. (Unless someone decided to elope in the mountains later this fall, which I would TOTALLY be down for)

I've already started booking weddings for next year and am hoping to fill a few months for 2023 🤞🏻

I will be spending slow season learning as much as I can about marketing and planning fun photoshoots with friends and models (keep an eye on my coven shoot coming in a month!)

I just have this crazy energy to learn and try and just DO THE THING. So that's what's going to happen :)

Hi! Whoa look it's me! Figured I'd give you all a little update on how my summer has been going because it's been amazing. Seriously.

This is the first summer in literally YEARS I'm not working a "normal" job. I decided to take advantage of the opportunity of being a single girl in her early 20s with no family to pay for and take the season to focus on myself and foster this photography thing I've fallen in love with.

What's happened so far:
1. I've made SO many connections with other photographers and people in this industry
2. I've had the time and space to go on more photoshoots than I ever have to build my portfolio
3. I took my first solo trip to Utah (for fun and for photography)
4. I started teaching a few dance classes
5. I took another road trip to California (this one makes 3!)
6. I shot my first wedding for complete strangers (ah!)
7. I've met with some amazing creatives and we have such exciting projects coming in the future 😏

LAST BUT NOT LEAST

8. I've grown more confident in who I am as an artist and entrepreneur and have woken up every day SO EXCITED to learn and work and create.

It's not over yet. There's more to come - known and unknown and I'm here for it.
