I was at my in February of this year, but had lost all of my . I started to have to burn, and build more . This helped to add a healthy level of fat distribution throughout my body, and in return my . I could have technically stopped at my skinniest, but I was getting feedback from my body through I was getting .
It has taken me 6 months to build the muscle mass that I am with. I have gotten thicker in the process of it, and went up a pant size. I started going back into a slight after the second picture was taken a few weeks ago. I lost weight quickly, and lost a pant size again.
It is a very fine line with how to control the amount of weight I want to loose since it can take away from my muscle gains. When you to function with , your body will start to use muscle for fuel instead, if you don’t keep your diet on point to nourish it properly.
There is a real science to body recomposition. It requires years of patience, and understanding of how your body responds to different types of resistance training, healing the gut bacteria overgrowth, finding the right diet for you, (macro diet has been the most impressive to me) and hormones staying optimized to maintain homeostasis.
Once you figure out how it works, your body thrives, and wants to be healthy. It will start rejecting the things you used to consume that would sabotage the progress. Your mindset changes. Your priorities changes. You of life either. I feel like I am just getting started with how far I can go with this as I age.
