An evening well spent. Mindblowing performance by OVOV Band - Ooru Vittu Ooru Vandhu; playing scores of AR RAHMAN and ILAYARAJA. For me listening to 90s Tamil Hits and capturing artist's moments and their gadgets was a time well spent. Thanks for the opportunity OVOV Team. Keep Rocking.

This week “Photography with a cause” identifies Salumaradha Thimakka as it’s brand ambassador to spread awareness about planting trees.

The oldest living environmentalist, the lady, who planted 384 banyan trees in a row on either side of highways between Hulikal and Kudur and took care of them as her own children. This work gave her the title “Salumaradha Thimakka” and eventually “Padmashri” was bestowed on to her. 106 and still going strong. Thimakka is chic.

This lady has planted more than 380 banyan trees in Karnataka; nurtures them as her children.
