Every year I set my kids under the Christmas tree for the photo, and every year it’s a brawl: flying arms, grumpy faces, zero holiday spirit. These photographs weren’t what I envisioned would be on any Christmas postcard. My son looks miserable and my daughter is pushing all of his buttons.
These are the photographs I I cherish most now. They’re the photographs that bring laughter years later of times you can’t get back. “Perfect Christmas card? Not even close. Perfect memory that reminds me of my journey as their mother and holiday memories we made together? Absolutely♥️ 🌲 👫 👩🏻 ‼️
