Charzlie Ann won a mini session from Southern Style Bingo Night, and when she arrived, we realized she used to teach Brileigh gymnastics!

I just LOVE little moments like that. The way life brings people back around in the most unexpected ways is pretty special.

We had the most beautiful evening for their session. Gorgeous weather, wildflowers everywhere, and the absolute cutest couple.

It was so much fun getting to capture these two and create some beautiful memories for them!

And a big thank you to Southern Style for hosting such a fun night of bingo and making this little session possible!

Jimmy and I just got back from the most amazing vacation, and while we are definitely wishing we could stay in vacation mode a little longer… I’m SO excited to get back behind my camera!

Another senior session in the books.

When Jimmy and I started dating in high school, I met Zach and his brother, Corey. Their dad is best friends with Jimmy’s stepdad, so our families have known each other for years.

Zach was just so little back then… and now somehow he’s all grown up and getting ready to graduate! 🥹

It was such a full circle moment for me to be the one behind the camera capturing this special season of his life. I’m so honored I got to document such an exciting milestone for a family I’ve known for so many years.

Senior sessions are always special, but the ones that come with a little history and a lot of memories mean even more.

It makes my heart SO happy seeing so many families who haven’t had professional photos taken in years finally get in front of my camera and have these precious moments captured. 🥹

Life gets busy, Kids grow way too fast and sometimes family photos get pushed to the bottom of the list.

Being able to freeze these little pieces of your family’s story in time is truly such an honor. I’m so grateful that you trust me with these moments, and I never take that responsibility lightly.

This session came to me through a referral, and I just have to take a moment to say THANK YOU to every single person who sends someone my way. When you recommend me to your friends, family, coworkers, or anyone looking for a photographer, you’re not just sending me a client you’re helping support my small business and allowing me to continue doing what I absolutely love. It truly means more than you know. 🥹

And these two… the Meyer’s. 🤍

Their children are grown, they have grandchildren, and somewhere along the way, they realized it had been far too long since they had photographs taken of just the two of them. It So we changed that.

We spent a beautiful evening on their family farm, with the most gorgeous weather, capturing the love, laughter, and life they’ve built together.

Because photography isn’t just about documenting the little years with our kids. It’s about documenting US, too. The people we are before the kids, during the chaos, and after they grow up and start building lives of their own.

The Meyer’s reminded me just how important it is to make time for the two of you.

So honored to capture family photos for so many amazing families.

Grandparents, cousins, siblings, aunts, uncles, and all the people who make a family what it is. There’s something so special about gathering everyone together and freezing these moments in time.
