These two were gifted a session with me last Christmas and I was so excited when they reached out to get it scheduled!

Their days are full with children (humans + doggies), grandchildren and great-grandchildren...but it was so special to have some time to document just the two of them! The fall colors in their yard were absolutely perfect and we could not have asked for a better afternoon.

This particular day was dark and dreary as we raced against an incoming storm. It threatened to downpour on us at any second but you would never even know looking back!

Some of my favorite sessions are ones like this where we embrace the chaos and just go with the flow. We were able to capture the sweetest moments of them just living life in front of the camera for a bit. Also, big brother lost his two front teeth shortly before and I'm obsessed that we were able to document that because long live snaggletooth smiles 🥹

this gorgeous bombshell made golden hour look GOOD last night!

Brooke's senior session was a photographer's dream - from weather, to outfits, to location, to hair & make-up, to her willingness to trust my vision and go with the flow. I had this girl wilderness exploring with me, quite literally hiking into the most random spots in the middle of nowhere lol she was up for it all and it was so worth it.

Brooke, you absolutely killed it and I had so much fun hanging out with you! Happy Senior Year! 💛

Loved my time with this gorgeous girl the other night!

Abbie and I chatted about college, her last few weeks of high school, upcoming summer plans. And? We got to wave at all the cute doggies out on their evening walk 🥹

It was so hard picking just a few favorites to share. Abbie was easy going and an absolute natural in front of the camera. Countdown to graduation is on and I can't wait to cheer her on in her next chapter adventures! 💛

I can't say enough about Whitney & Ryan. Their wedding this past weekend was an absolute dream. We lucked out with mild November weather nestled in the beautiful mountains of Charlottesville, VA. It was an intimate day of celebrating with their children and family. Relaxed, and simple and sweet and so full of love. It was perfect!

one thing about Whitney and I - we are going to reschedule a family session 84736 times and the day we finally make it happen it's going to be one million degrees outside. I can't brag on them enough for being such troopers!
