being in your home with your family just a few weeks after you’ve welcomed a little one is one of the most special parts of my job.

i remember that season so clearly. i remember the chaos and stress of getting ready, trying to feel good freshly post-partum, not knowing if the baby would cry the whole time, etc etc etc…

yet you still book the session cause you know you need to. you know that baby is going to grow in the blink of an eye and the days with them being so little are fleeting.

I’m always so proud of mom in these sessions. I know she had probably a stressful as heck morning and wanted to cancel 5x before I showed up. I remember ✨ I do my best to make mom feel so seen and loved and un-rushed during these sessions. they will always have such a special place in my heart!

grandparent-ing is one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever witnessed! watching my parents & in-laws become absolute MUSH when it comes to my daughter (yes she’s got them all wrapped around her little finger!) probably opened my eyes to it a lot more… and now I have a new appreciation for getting to document grandparents with their grandchildren. it is truly such a beautiful bond 🤍

these cuties closed on their new home a few months ago and it was such an honor to be their real estate agent and help them find a perfect home! they got engaged just a couple weeks before closing day and it made our closing day photoshoot that much more special 🥲
