I asked this lovely young lady, Brittany, to model for me because I think she is the picture of beauty, courage and grace. Diagnosed last year at the age of 22 with Stage 4 Hodgkins Lymphona, Brittany had not yet finished her chemo treatments when we took these photo in January. Shortly after her diagnosis Brittany was determined to turn her situation into something good and productive, so she started a Facebook Community and a website, both called Live, Laugh.Lymphoma (www.livelaughlymphoma.com). Her mission for Live.Laugh.Lymphoma is to help bring hope and inspiration to those suffering from Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and any other illnesses that takes control of our loved one's lives. Brittany sells t-shirts and other Live.Laugh.Lymphoma logo'd items on her site to help raise awareness of this disease, with a percentage of all proceeds going to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital. Since we took these photos in January, Brittany has finished her chemo treatments and is cancer free. She plans to continue her efforts to raise Lymphoma awareness and funds for St. Judes. She has been an inspiration to everyone who knows her, and it was such an honor to photographer her strength and beauty!
