I've been behind on .nicolephoto challenge. So here's to at least starting 🥂 and hoping I can flesh out some better time to really stop and look at the little things.

While I have tried a few times, every time I go out it's windy and you can't really get macro photos in the wind. Not an excuse, just a barrier I need to overcome 😊

Right as I was leaving the Sanctuary, I captured this moment at sunset 😍 This was taken from 600mm, slightly cropped, and through a chain linked fence. Can't believe I managed to hand hold, still enough to capture this through a fence! Either way, this photo was my favorite from the Sanctuary visit. It makes me excited to plan my first safari trip and get these types of photos of big cats in the wild, in their natural habitat. Have yall ever taken a photo safari? How did it go and who did you plan with? I hope to one day book with a photographer I would like to learn more from, and out of the country. Since these trips are usually booked at least a year in advance, I think i make this a goal of mine. Book your first safari, by/for the year of 2028 or sooner.

I want to finish posting my pics from the Sanctuary by tomorrow, so here's a bonus Sunday photo! A pair of foxes, sunbathing at sunset. Fun fact, these are all red foxes 😊

Got one more photo from last weekends visit, coming at the feed tomorrow. It's probably my favorite from this trip.
