Some weddings are sunshine and perfect forecasts… and then there are the weddings that prove love shows up no matter what. 🤍✨

It rained ALL day long.
We were outside dodging raindrops, standing in the rain trying to get the perfect photos, and praying the weather would give us just a little break. And somehow… right when it mattered most, the rain stopped. ☔️

The ceremony was beautiful, the colors popped even more against the cloudy skies, and every single moment felt worth it. Blue, gold, white, the details, the people, the energy… whew. 🔥

Honestly, rainy wedding days always end up feeling the most magical because everyone is just fully present. No perfect conditions, just real love and real memories. 💙✨

After shooting several weddings, I’ve learned where money matters… and where it really doesn’t. Everyone’s priorities are different, but if I had to cut my wedding budget in half, here’s what I’d personally skip:

• Fresh flowers: I’d do faux for everything except my bouquet

• Wedding favors: Most get left behind anyway

• Bridal party hair + makeup: I’d only pay for my own

• Plated catering: Buffet style and taco bars are always a hit

• Officiant: I’d have someone personal marry us instead

• Only inviting those close to you.

BUT the things I would absolutely pay for:
• Photo + video
• A coordinator
• A good DJ
• Good food

Because at the end of the day, those are the things that truly affect your experience, your memories, and how the day actually feels.

God is good 🤍🫶🏾

For Mother’s Day, I wanted to pour back into the space that pours so much into me. We put in new floors, filled holes in the walls, painted, refreshed, and brought new life into the studio again. ✨

It may seem small to some, but to me it’s a reminder of how far God has brought me. Years ago this was just a dream… and now I get to welcome so many beautiful people into it every single week.

Thankful is an understatement. Excited for what’s ahead is an understatement too. 🤍

From day one, Angel was incredible to work with.

We booked her for our wedding and we got a complimentary engagement session and bridals. 🤍

My husband hates photos, it’s always felt so awkward and forced but she made it feel so easy, effortless and like we were just hanging out. Our pictures turned out INCREDIBLE and from that moment I knew we made the right choice!

During bridals she made sure I had everything I needed, she made sure to ask me if there were specific types of photos I wanted and she made my dreams come to life!

Communication was top tier, always checking in, getting photos back in an extremely timely manner!

We also used them for video services! We were able to communicate and share our wants with them and they made sure to get every single thing in our video that we wanted, I am in awe of how it came out. It brings my tears every single time and it’s like I get to relive the best day of my life over and over! 😭🙏

We are so grateful for them and will 1000000 time recommend them to everyone!

Not every beautiful wedding takes a year to plan. ✨

Jordan + Cody planned their wedding in just a few short weeks, and somehow it all came together more beautifully than anyone could’ve imagined.

Bright, colorful florals against the soft country landscape, Cowboy hats, sunshine, and the kind of love that makes everything else fade into the background. 🤍

Their day was simple in the best way.
Intentional. Genuine. Full of emotion and lots of fun!
