The beautifully restored showplace in downtown Franklin was bought & renovated by the Franklin Civic Operetta (FCOA) with the generous support of the community. Major donor Charles Barrow provided the group with $1.8 million worth of stocks & bonds, miraculously making it possible for the renovations to be completed.
