This is homebirth.
Honey is strengthening Mom, while aunt is patiently waiting.
Dad is holding, knowing his loves power.
Small smiles during waves.
Showing what our bodies can do.

Being a photographer and birthing doula is one thing but to capture a dear friend doing something so beyond powerful its something so much more magical.

Home has a way of holding birth differently. There was warmth, stillness, laughter, tears, deep breaths, and the kind of love you can almost feel through a photograph. Every moment unfolded naturally, exactly as it was meant to.
