Happy autumn!! You know what that means?! It’s family photo season! 💃🏻 Soooo, let’s talk “What to Wear”? Coordinating is key when planning your outfits for photos and it’s always fun to mix and match prints! (Yes you can do that!)

•Stripes + florals!
•Buffalo check + florals!
•Large plaid + small buffalo check!
•Small florals (like a liberty print) + large florals

Just keep the colors in the over all color scheme and try to draw the solid colors from the print. Always avoid being too matchy-matchy! When in doubt, stick to neutrals 👍🏼

If you’re using the photos for a Christmas card, I highly recommend selecting your card either first or at the same time you’re planning your outfits!

Also, while it’s nice to get very posed with a couple photos, don’t forget to have FUN!! This is especially important with small kids! This also helps your card stand out from all the rest! Here are the photos we used for our Christmas cards the last two years!
