Toured the historic Mayowood mansion today. Amazing!! If you ever find yourself in Rochester, Minnesota you absolutely must take the tour. No photos allowed inside. Many of the Mayo’s personal belongings were donated to the county historical society along with 10 percent of the belongings being gifts from grateful patients. Some of the gifts are from the Amazing Molly Brown, Franklin Roosevelt and Helen Keller to name a few. A truly fascinating tour.
