All brands should have their brand personality in a document to use as guidelines. You can add details like:

“We are educational, but not stiff”. “We are Edgy, but not vulgar.” Things like this will help you and your creative team stay within boundaries when producing content for your ideal client.

Our approach to content when working with brands is to build content with the goal of that customer buying whatever you’re selling.
