That is a wrap on the inaugural West Texas Summer Classic.

Weekends like this are a reminder of how blessed we are to have a facility like the one at Martin County right here in West Texas. A top-notch venue, outstanding livestock, and even better people made for an incredible few days.

It’s always an honor to serve as the official photographer for any event, but it is extra special when the event is close to home and ran by great people. Thank you to the entire show staff for trusting us to capture this years show and for everything you did behind the scenes to make this event possible.

A huge thank you to Joelynn and Kynzie for spending your weekend behind the camera with me. ❤️

🇺🇸 Day 1 of the West Texas Summer Classic is in the books! There couldn’t have been a better way to celebrate America’s 250th birthday than spending the day in the show ring with outstanding cattle, lambs, and goat exhibitors in West Texas.

I’ve photographed or attended a wedding every weekend for the last 5 weekends, and it made me realize something… I rarely share weddings on my feed.

So, I figured it was time to start changing that.

Starting with Kylie + Thomas’ wedding from last August. Their day was an absolute dream from beginning to end, but what made it even more special was getting to celebrate two people I’m lucky enough to call friends.

I’m so thankful they trusted me to be a part of such an important day and to document these memories for them. Looking back through these photos reminds me why I love wedding photography so much. 🤍

This was our fourth year with the Texas Junior Shorthorn Association, and it keeps getting better!

This weekend was filled with great livestock, great competition, and even better kids. We’re always grateful to capture the memories, friendships, and moments that make this association so special.

A huge thank you to the association for making all exhibitor images FREE and available online for everyone to enjoy and download. We loved being part of another awesome year.

it’s grad week for Kezlye 🎓✨
lbk winds definitely had their own plans for us (I mean… it’s lbk weather) so we switched to a studio last minute, then caught the outdoors for the final look which gave her the best of both worlds and honestly… it turned out perfect!

Had such a good time capturing Sadie’s senior pictures last weekend. I truly can’t wait to see all the amazing things ahead for her!

Fun fact: the very first year I photographed the steer show in Fort Worth was the same year Sadie won it… and now I get to work for the Fort Worth Stock Show full time. Pretty cool getting to capture memories for people in different seasons of their lives.
